WHAT IS UWOFIT?
UWOfit is a website for college students who can find health and fitness tips while away at home. It serves UW Oshkosh students, the
community and anyone else who is in need of a little motivation to staying healthy. On UWOfit, you can find what kinds of healthy food
you can eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. As well as on the go snacks that can help curve your appetite and help you from gaining the
Freshman 15.
At UWOfit, we strive to help students at UW Oshkosh and the community stay fit. That's why we've created a few workout videos that
help target your upper body, lower body and core. We guarantee that these simple workouts that can be done in the comfort of your
own dorm room will keep you healthy.
